Most rituals run between 45 and 120 minutes. Our concierge can help you choose the right duration when you call.
Every suite is sanitised between sessions, linens are fresh for each guest, and all therapists follow strict hygiene protocols.
We ask for at least 6 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, so we can offer the slot to another guest.
